Why do I have to log in with FiveM before I can add anything to my cart?

Can I buy for someone else's server?

You can buy it, but the licence goes to the Cfx.re account you were logged in with at checkout. If the server owner is a different person, let them buy it on their own account. It saves a support ticket later.

Do you offer refunds?

A purchase grants the asset to your account straight away, which is why refunds are looked at case by case rather than automatically. If something is genuinely broken, send the order reference and it gets sorted. Chargebacks are not the route: they revoke the licence and close the door on getting it fixed.

Where does the script actually arrive?

In Granted Assets in the Cfx.re portal, on the account you logged in with. Tebex grants it automatically once the payment confirms, usually within a minute. Nothing arrives as an email attachment.

How do I install it?

Unzip the folder into your server's resources directory, keep the folder name it shipped with, import the .sql file if there is one, then add it to server.cfg with ensure and restart. Anything it depends on has to start before it, so put those lines above it.

ensure. start does nothing if the resource is already running, while ensure starts it or restarts it. That difference is what makes ensure the line you want living in server.cfg permanently.

Which frameworks are supported?

It is not starting. What do I check first?

Read the first error in the server console, not the last one. It is nearly always one of three things: no ensure line, the folder was renamed, or a dependency starts after it. If the console mentions a nil value, something it needs has not loaded yet.

Can I edit the code?

Config, locale and anything left outside escrow are yours. The protected logic is escrowed, which is what stops the resource being passed around between servers. Every escrowed resource lists what stayed open in its fxmanifest.

Do I pay again for updates?

No. Updates go out against the same licence, so re-downloading from the portal gets you the current build. Keep your config somewhere safe before you overwrite the folder.

Can I move a licence to another account?
