What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use a resource on FiveM servers. You are not buying the resource or its code. Resources are delivered through FiveM asset escrow, so the protected logic runs on your server without being readable or copyable, while the config and locale files stay open for you to fit the resource to your server.

The licence is granted to the Cfx.re account you were logged into when you checked out. It is tied to that account and cannot be moved to another one.

What the licence allows

• Installing and running the resource on FiveM servers you own or operate.
• Editing the config, locale and any other files shipped unprotected, including for your own server's features and language.
• Keeping local backups of the download for your own use.
• Re-downloading the current build from your Cfx.re account whenever you need it.

What the licence does not allow

• Redistributing, reselling, renting, sublicensing or gifting the resource, in original or modified form.
• Sharing the download, the archive or access to your Cfx.re account so that someone else can obtain the resource.
• Publishing the resource or any part of it, including to public repositories, file hosts or leak sites.
• Removing, bypassing, circumventing or tampering with the escrow protection.
• Decompiling, deobfuscating or reverse engineering the protected logic, or attempting to recreate it from the compiled output.
• Including the resource in a server package, template or bundle that you sell or hand on to others.

Breaking any of these ends the licence. Where a breach is clear, the grant can be revoked from the account it was issued to, and the store may decline future orders.

Payment, tax and invoices

Tebex is the merchant of record for every order. Tebex takes the payment, works out and remits any sales tax or VAT due for your jurisdiction, and issues the receipt. Your contract for the payment itself is with Tebex, and their terms apply to it alongside these.

Payment details are handled entirely on Tebex infrastructure. Redox Scripts never sees or stores your card number. Prices are shown in EUR, and your bank may apply its own conversion if you pay in another currency.

Delivery

A purchase is an escrow grant rather than a file download, so you have to be logged in with your FiveM account before Tebex will hold a package in your basket. Once payment clears, the resource is granted to that Cfx.re account and appears under Granted Assets in the Cfx.re portal, which is where you download it from.

If a grant does not appear, keep the Tebex order reference from your confirmation email and get in touch through support. That reference is what allows a payment to be traced to a grant.

Updates and changes

Updates are published against the same licence, so re-downloading from your Cfx.re account gets you the current build at no extra cost. They go out when the seller publishes them: there is no promised release schedule, no guarantee that a particular feature will be added, and no commitment to support a resource indefinitely.

A resource may be changed, renamed or retired from sale. If a resource is retired, the grant already on your account is not taken away, but new builds may stop appearing. Compatibility with future FiveM artifacts, frameworks and third party resources cannot be guaranteed.

Support

Support covers the resource as sold: installing it, configuring the options it ships with, and faults in its own behaviour. It does not cover custom development, edits you or a third party made to the open files, conflicts caused by other resources, or general server administration. Requests are handled on the information you provide, which is why the support page lists what a report needs.

Refunds and chargebacks

A purchase grants an escrowed asset to your account straight away, so refunds are assessed case by case rather than issued automatically. Opening a chargeback instead of a refund request revokes the licence. The refund policy sets out how to request one and what happens next.

Warranty and limitation of liability

Resources are provided as they are. Nothing here promises that a resource will be free of faults, that it will suit a particular server setup, or that it will keep working alongside every framework version, artifact and third party resource you run.

To the extent the law allows, Redox Scripts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a resource, including lost revenue, lost player data, server downtime or damage caused by other software running alongside it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the resource in question. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Keep your own backups. Run a new resource on a test server before putting it in front of players.

No affiliation

Redox Scripts is an independent store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. FiveM, Cfx.re and Grand Theft Auto are the property of their respective owners, and using any resource sold here does not exempt you from their terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the store changes. The version in force for an order is the one published when the order was placed, and the date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last changed.

Questions about these terms go to the same place as everything else. The support page lists whichever channels are live. While none are published, reply to the Tebex order confirmation email from your purchase and quote the order reference in it.
